Below you will find the answers to some common questions we get asked. If you don’t find an answer to your questions feel free to contact us.

1. I have some questions concerning the materials you use for projects you will manage for me.
Great Properties pride themselves on selecting the right materials for each project based on both quality, durability, maintenance and price. Our surveyors ensure that an agreed specification is drawn up and adhered to throughout a project.
In some situations it may be possible for purchasers to specify their own materials and finishes subject to an agreement on costs.

2. I know of a parcel of land or site that is vacant, is there an incentive if I give you more information?
Great Properties pay acquisition fees to introducers upon successful completion of a purchase. Any fees will be agreed in writing and in advance. We are also retained by developers to find suitable sites for them.
